- Updates the AMD AGESA Code to 3.3.2.2 to support new AMD Phenom II Processores (CPUs).

- Adds a feature that enables NVIDIA LAN Power Management Event (PME) to be enabled when the system is in Advanced Power Management (APM) mode. This feature enables users to wake up a system that is powered off (S5) under DOS or under a non-ACPI operating system.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNING: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER OR ATTEMPT TO REBOOT THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPDATE PROCESS!

1. Download the file by clicking the Download or Obtain Software button and saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where the downloaded file is saved).

2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. When the Flash screen pops up, choose File -> Update BIOS.

4. Choose the BIOS that you want to update.

5. Click the Update button.

6. After the update is finished, reboot the system.
