NOTE: The AMT 5.0 ME firmware image is only intended for HP Compaq dc7900 PC configurations. This SoftPaq does NOT include a system BIOS image. However, HP Compaq Business Desktop ME Firmware and Utilities 5.0.3.1126 Rev.A is recommended that the system BIOS be updated to the latest version (1.08 or later) before upgrading the ME firmware. Once the ME firmware is updated to this new image, HP Compaq Business Desktop ME Firmware and Utilities 5.0.3.1126 Rev.A CANNOT be re-flashed to an older ME AMT 5.0 firmware version.

Several methods for updating the ME firmware may be chosen. Included in this package are the following methods:
